FFX2S series is a FPC connector which is 0.2mm contact
pitch and 1.05mm height and attached with metal shield.
Applicable FPC is 0.12mm thickness and 0.4mm pitch
conductors on both sides.
By locating 0.4mm pitch contacts on both upper and lower
side, FPC space is reduced to an equivalent 0.2mm contact
pitch. |

・The metal shield provides a grounding path between the conductors and PCB.
・Original "double layer contact" design enables an effective pitch of 0.2mm.
・Cable lock mechanism provides positive retention of the FPC.
・Back-lock structure ensures retention from inadvertent from upward pulling of the FPC.
・Connectors delivered with the lock lever opened. Time saving for FPC inserting operation.
・Nickel barrier prevents solder wicking. |
