>The SMT type is a space-saving structure it is possible high density to mount about 7mm pitch equipped with the connector.
>It is a design that considers the electric characteristic matched to both types and
the DDR2 correspondences. Especially, the SMT type is a structure to make the
line length from the memory board to the main substrate the short and equal
length, and to value more high-speed transmission.
